Relivv pricing: pay once per event, no subscription
Relivv is free for up to 100 photo and video uploads. For bigger events, Plus costs €39 and Pro costs €99, paid once per event with nothing to cancel later. Every plan includes the live photo wall, unlimited guests and no app for guests; the paid plans add more uploads, longer storage, a one-click download of everything and, on Pro, moderation.

Prices are one-time per event. The active period and the storage period are counted from the event date, or from the day you upgrade if that is later.

What “one-time per event” means
Each event has its own plan. When you upgrade an event to Plus or Pro you pay once through Stripe, and that is the whole price for that event. There is no subscription, nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel afterwards.
If you run another event later, it starts on the Free plan and you decide again whether it needs an upgrade. You can create as many events as you like; the Free plan never asks for a card.
The plan’s active period starts on the event date: 24 hours on Free, 1 month on Plus and 3 months on Pro. If you upgrade after the event date, it is counted from the day you upgrade instead.
How long uploads are kept, and how to download them
Uploads are kept for 7 days on Free, 3 months on Plus and 1 year on Pro, counted from the event date. After that period the event is archived and the files are deleted, so download what you want to keep before then.
On every plan you can download photos and videos one by one. Plus and Pro add a one-click download of the whole event as a single ZIP file containing the original files, plus guests’ text posts as images.
On the Free plan we email you two days before the photos are due to be deleted, so you have time to download them or upgrade the event to keep them longer.
Photo and video quality, sizes and formats
Relivv keeps the original file each guest uploads, at full resolution, on every plan. The paid plans do not change the quality of what is stored; they change how many uploads you get, how long they are kept and how easily you can download them.
To keep the wall and album fast on phones and venue Wi-Fi, we also create smaller display copies of each photo. Those are only used for viewing; downloads always give you the original.
Photos can be up to 100 MB each, in JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, HEIF. Videos can be up to 5 GB each, in MP4, MOV, AVI, WebM, video/x-m4v, video/3gpp. Large videos are uploaded in parts, so a dropped connection only repeats the part that failed rather than the whole file.
Currency, VAT and invoices
Prices are in euros. Our Terms of Service state that prices include VAT where the law requires it. Payment is handled by Stripe, which calculates any tax at checkout from the billing address you enter.
Buying for a business? You can enter your VAT number at checkout. For a VAT-registered business in another EU country, the invoice is issued under the reverse-charge rules.
A PDF invoice from Asveon Group Ltd. (Sofia, Bulgaria) is emailed to you after each payment, and you can download it again from your account at any time.
Refunds and terms
Plans activate immediately and unlock features and storage straight away, so payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, email [email protected] within 14 days and we will review your request. The full rules are in our Terms of Service. The Free plan lets you try the whole flow, live wall included, before you pay anything.
Pricing questions
Is Relivv a subscription?
No. You pay once for each event you upgrade, and nothing renews. The Free plan never asks for a card.
What happens when the Free plan’s 100 uploads run out?
New uploads are refused with a message that the event has reached its limit. Upgrade the event to Plus (500 uploads) or Pro (unlimited) from your dashboard and guests can carry on uploading.
Can I upgrade after the event?
Yes, as long as the photos are still stored. If you upgrade after the event date, the new storage period is counted from the day you upgrade, so you get the full 3 months on Plus or 1 year on Pro.
Do the prices include VAT?
Prices are in euros and, as our terms state, include VAT where the law requires it. Stripe calculates any tax at checkout from your billing address, and businesses can add a VAT number.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. A PDF invoice is emailed to you after each payment and can also be downloaded from your account.
Do guests pay anything or need an account?
No. Guests never pay, never install an app and never create an account. They scan the QR code and upload from the phone browser.
Is there a limit on the number of guests?
No. Every plan allows unlimited guests. The plans differ in the number of uploads, how long they are kept and the extra controls, not in the number of people.
Can I get a refund?
Plans activate immediately, so payments are generally non-refundable. If you think you were charged in error, email [email protected] within 14 days and we will review it. Test everything on the Free plan first.
