Who each one is best for

Guestpix suits couples who want the photo gallery to feel like part of their wedding stationery: themed galleries, ready-made print templates, digital invitations and RSVPs from the same place, and a gallery that can stay online for up to two years on its largest package.

Relivv suits hosts who care most about the live wall at the venue and want to try it for free, hosts of birthdays, parties and conferences as well as weddings, and international guest lists, since the guest pages switch to each guest’s language automatically.

A wedding suite versus an event photo tool

Guestpix wraps the gallery in wedding extras: themes, more than 180 print templates, invitations, RSVPs and a written or video guestbook. If you are still looking for an RSVP tool and like the idea of everything matching, that bundle saves you juggling several services.

Relivv deliberately does one thing: getting photos, videos and short messages from guests onto a live wall and into a shared album. It works the same way for a wedding, a 40th birthday or a company conference. If you already have invitations and an RSVP system, you are not paying for features you will not use.

Free plans and the live slideshow

Both have a free plan. Guestpix allows 50 photos free and includes the invitation and RSVPs; the live slideshow comes with the paid packages. Relivv allows 100 photo and video uploads free, and the live wall is included. Relivv’s free plan is active for 24 hours from the event date and keeps files for 7 days, so it is designed for a short event or a test run before you upgrade.

How long you can keep the gallery

Guestpix keeps galleries for 12 months on its Classic and Signature packages and 24 months on the Bundle, with a renewal option. Relivv keeps files for up to 1 year on Pro. In both cases, the safest plan is to download a full copy soon after the event and keep it somewhere you control.

Setting up: step by step

Guestpix

  1. Create a gallery and choose one of the design themes.
  2. Pick a print template for table cards or signs with your QR code, and optionally send digital invitations and collect RSVPs.
  3. Guests upload through the browser without an app or password.
  4. Moderate content and manage guest access from the host dashboard, then download the gallery as a full-resolution ZIP.

Relivv

  1. Create a free account and an event: name, date and event type.
  2. Download the QR code in high resolution and print it on table cards or a welcome sign, or share the link in a message.
  3. On the day, open the live wall link on a laptop or smart TV connected to the venue screen and switch to full screen.
  4. Guests scan the code and upload photos, videos or short text posts from the phone browser, with no app and no account.
  5. Afterwards, download individual files on any plan, or everything in one ZIP on Plus and Pro.
